Rooted together: open community flow
In a season that invites stillness, reflection, and renewal, Rooted Together is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with what truly matters.

This gentle, all-levels yoga class is offered freely to the community as a space to ground yourself through mindful movement, breath, and presence. Whether you're feeling the weight of the season, seeking connection, or craving a moment of quiet, this practice offers a warm and supportive place to land.

As we gather to honor the Winter Solstice—the longest night and the symbolic return of the light—we create space to release the year behind us and open to the possibilities of what’s ahead.
Together, we’ll root into calm, ignite inner warmth, and allow the growing light to guide us forward.

Join us as we come together—heart to heart, mat to mat—to honor this sacred seasonal turning point and nourish the strength of community.

All are welcome. No experience needed. Just bring your breath, your presence, and an open heart.
